The Centennial Crab Apple Tree is a cross between Wealthy and Dolgo crab. Produces bright red over yellow fruit with crisp, juicy, white flesh.
Good for canning, jelly, or fresh eating.
Small, spreading tree of about 12′, naturally dwarfing. Beautiful red flower buds, snowing white blossoms and 1.5 to 2 inch fruits.
Highly scab resistant. Mid-season bloom. Excellent pollinator for other apples.
Zones: 2/3-7

Growing trees in the Northeast has proved challenging. One of our main struggles has been with deer and other tree nibbling predators.
